Defines dimensions and materials for screwed pipe joint assemblies with gaskets for solvent cementing (type V1 flanges), with internal (type V1I) or external type V1A) thread, or with O-rings (types V2, V21, V22 and Vw2 flanges), for joining pressure pipes made from unplasticized polyvinyl chloride (PVC-U), either with a standard dimension ratio (SDR) of 21 (pipe series S 10) or rated for a pressure of 10 bar (PN 10) or with a standard dimension ratio of 13,6 (pipe series S 6,3) or rated for a pressure of 16 bar (PN 16), as specified in DIN 8062, or for joining such pipes with threaded pressure pipes made from other materials.
