Gives test methods for unused mineral insulating oils for use in cables with oil ducts. These include hollow core cables, pipe type cables and any other in which provision is made for the oil to flow. Oils with and without additives are within the scope of this standard. Covers definition, identification and general delivery requirements, sampling, test methods, individual specifications, general remarks and specifications for unused insulating mineral oils for cables with oil ducts.
