    In ISO 6621-2 werden die Messverfahren für die Prüfung der Qualitätsmerkmale von Kolbenringen definiert. Diese Norm gilt für Kolbenringe bis 200 mm Durchmesser in Hubkolben-Verbrennungsmotoren. Die in ISO 6621-2 enthaltene Messverfahren können auch für Kolbenringe mitähnlichen Betriebsbedingungen in Kompressoren angewendet werden.
