Provides recommendations that address the issues identified in TR 103 073 which identified communications issues experienced by people with disabilities, elderly people and young people up to 12 years of age. The recommendations concentrate on the ways that the UCI additional information field and PUA functionality can be used to enhance the communication experience of these groups of users.
