Applicable to all refillable gas cylinders, including tubes where the water capacity is in excess of 150 l, and defines requirements for consideration when a cylinder is transferred between gas services. Not applicable to cylinders for liquefied petroleum gas (LPG), dissolved acetylene or radioactive gases.
