This Standard defines physical quantities in the field of the ergonomics of the thermal environment. The corresponding symbols and units are also listed. The aim of this standard is: - to give vocabulary and symbols for the quantities used in standards on ergonomics of the thermal environment; - to provide a reference of vocabulary and symbols to be used in writing future standards or other publications on the ergonomics of the thermal environment.
