Defines a rapid method for determining the oil content of oilseeds by means of continuous-wave low-resolution nuclear magnetic resonance spectrometry. Not normally applicable to oilseeds which do not yield oil which is completely liquid at 20 deg.C (eg shea, palm, illipe, cocoa, etc).
