Le présent fascicule de documentation, après quelques rappels généraux sur la méthode, guide le lecteur dans le choix du plan d'expériences le plus approprié â son objectif. Il peut être utilisé dans différents domaines: agroalimentaire, chimie, service, etc. Les objectifs auxquels peuvent répondre les plans d'expériences ont été regroupés en cinq grands thèmes: - identification de facteurs influents; - estimation de l'influence des facteurs; - optimisation; - robustesse; - mélanges.
