Defines the generic requirements for the Customer Control feature: The Customer Control feature gives the customer a dial-up capability to change the operation of certain other features. Features that can be changed include Automatic Flexible Routing (AFR), Outgoing Facility Group Queuing (OFGQ), Authorization Codes, and Private Facility Access (PFA). To use customer control, a user either dials an assigned code or dials a public network access code followed by the directory number (customer option).
