Sets out a method of recording information on the design, installation and operating capability of a fire hydrant system installed in premises. The Handbook applies to fire hydrant systems designed in accordance with AS 2419.1, Fire hydrant installations, Part 1: System design, installation and commissioning. It is based on the requirements of the Building Code of Australia 1996 edition. This Handbook is intended to be used in conjunction with the separate pads of checklists and commissioning certificates available as Supplements 1 and 2 respectively.
