Abstract - (Show below) - (Hide below)

Applies to motor capacitors meant for connection to windings of asynchronous motors supplied from a single-phase system, having a frequency up to 100 Hz, and to capacitors to be connected to a three-phase asynchronous motors so that these motors may be supplied from a single-phase system. Coverage includes definitions, visual examination, check of dimensions, sealing test, endurance test, destruction test, mechanical tests, and tangent of loss angle.
