    Defines reference procedure for determining the fat content of liquid skimmed milk, whey and buttermilk - a particularly accurate gravimetric procedure intended particularly for the establishment of the operating efficiency of cream separators. In addition, it defines the reference procedure for establishment of correction tables for methods with skimmed milk butyrometers.
