    La présente Norme internationale spécifie une méthode de référence pour la détermination de la pureté des matières grasses laitières par analyse chromatographique en phase gazeuse des triglycérides. La méthode permet de détecter des matières grasses d'origines végétale et animale telles que la graisse de boeuf et le saindoux.
