Le présent document décrit une méthode de laboratoire pour la détermination du rendement en riz décortiqué obtenu à partir de riz paddy ou de riz paddy étuvé, ainsi que pour la détermination du rendement en riz étuvé usiné obtenu à partir de riz paddy ou de riz paddy étuvé ou encore à partir de riz décortiqué ou de riz étuvé décortiqué. La méthode est uniquement applicable au matériel d'usinage abrasif.
