Provides standards for new fire apparatus designed for initial fire suppression attack on structural, vehicular, or vegetation fires and supporting associated fire department operations. It consists of a vehicle equipped with an attack pump, water tank, and limited hose and equipment. Optional systems providing for additional pumping capability, electric power generation, or foam proportioning are covered.
