Le présent document se propose de guider un laboratoire d'analyse agro-alimentaire dans la constitution d'un dossier de validation intralaboratoire d'une méthode d'analyse quantitative pratiquée en interne, par rapport à une méthode de référence. Cette validation doit permettre à tout analyste d'utiliser la méthode en connaissant ses performances.
