Le présent document a pour objectif de préciser les caractéristiques déterminantes du SAV de la distribution. Il doit permettre aux professionnels d'exercer leur activité à l'aide de spécifications communes et consensuellement définies et aux consommateurs d'identifier et de différencier les services proposés par les entreprises. Le présent document concerne les produits: - Bruns: Audio; Vidéo; T.V; - Blancs: cuisson; lavage; froid; chauffage; climatisation; - le petit électroménager (PEM). Il s'applique au SAV de la distribution (hypermarché, supermarché, grande surface spécialisée, grand magasin, vente par correspondance, commerce traditionnel spécialisé, etc.) d'appareils d'équipements ménager et électronique grand public. Par distribution, il faut entendre distribution de détail.
