Defines additional requirements to and/or exceptions from EN 474-1. Applicable tyop pipelayers specified in ISO 6165;1997, giving additional requirements for a rear mounted winch. Covers all significant hazards concerned with pipelayers used as intended and foreseen by the manufacturer.
