Diese ÖNORM legt allgemeine Richtlinien und Leistungskriterien für Verfahren zum Nachweis und/oder zur quantitativen Bestimmung von spezifischen Proteinen in einer spezifischen Matrix fest, die sich von gentechnisch modifiziertem pflanzlichen Material, in dem Protein nachweisbar ist, ableitet.
