History
Checks TBR8 and TBR3 for misalignment, to make necessary modifications and to ensure that the references in TBR3 are correct. Also ensures that TBR3 and TBR8 can be used in conjunction with each other to approve 3,1 kHz telephony terminal. An assessment of the justification of some sub-clauses may be carried out.
