Bellcore's view of proposed generic requirements for two Feature Specific Documents (FSDs): FSD 65-01-0100, Common Functions and FSD 65-01-0200, Terminating Service. FSD 65-01-0100 contains the operator services system requirements applicable to functions common to multiple services when processing various calls. The requirements involving the interaction of the CORE System with the Line Information Database (LIDB) or other billing validation database, Operator Reference Database, Operator Subsystem, Detection Subsystem and Announcement Subsystem necessary in providing common functions are included. FSD 65-01-0200 contains the Terminating Inward Services requirements for various services performed by an operator or operator services system in the terminating area at the request of an originating operator
