Generic document detailing the Operator Services System (OSS) functions that are common to multiple services. States Telcordia's view on generic requirements for Originating Line Number Screening (OLNS) call processing, including the Automatic Message Accounting (AMA) data generation requirements, and operator services system-to-LIDB (Line Information Database) communication to support OLNS. Generic requirements for the OSS to support Service Provider ID for Alternate Billing Service (ABS) and OLNS, new OLNS parameter values, OLNS parameter value definitions, and OLNS Disallowed Card Issuer Code (DCIC) feature are also included.
