This standard includes the graphical symbols for use on design plans and also fire protection plans aimed to determinate the prevention means for firefighting and evacuation. It also defines the evacuation plans and symbols.This standard does not include the applicable design requirements for visually impaired and blind people that can be consulted in the technical reference of the Spanish Braille Commission from ONCE: Documento técnico R 4 : Recomendaciones sobre la elaboración de planos de evacuación para personas con discapacidad visual (june 2014, version 1)
