The aim of this standard is to provide of an Incremental Conformity Model for the stablishment of UNE-ISO/IEC 20000-1, in order to facilitate the evolution in the stablishment in the whole implantation of the service management system of UNE-ISO/IEC 20000-1, making easier the implantation of technical and cutural changes required for the IT equipment and IT human resources.
