This European standard specifies tolerances on dimensions and shape for continuously hot-rolled uncoated patterned steel strip and plate/sheet cut of it in thicknesses up to 20 mm, of non-alloy and alloy steels in accordance with Table 1 (see Annex A).
Table 1 Field of application
Steel grades other those given in Table 1 may be used by agreement only.
This European standard does not apply to stainless steels.
