    This Standard specifies the requirements for concrete placing equipment comprising pumps, placing booms, pipelines, couplings, carriers, towers and ancillary equipment.The requirements for the safe use of concrete placing equipment are given in AS 2550.15.NOTES:1 Appendix A provides further details of the equipment covered by this Standard.2 Guidance on information to be supplied with enquiry, order and tender is given in Appendix B.
