The requirements of Part 1 apply except where they are added to or modified by this Standard.This Standard specifies requirements for non-threadable, flexible conduits and their fittings of metal or composite construction and which are used for the protection of cables in an electrical installation.
NZS 159.1:1954, NZS 6221.1:1972, NZS 6221.2:1972 and AS 2052-1977 jointly revised, amalgamated and redesignated in part as Joint Standard AS/NZS 2053.8:1995.
