    Describes requirements for 300A bolted flameproof cable couplers and adaptors of semi-screened 3-phase. Provision is made for insulated end covers. The use of other forms of intermediate box, with coupling arrangements are not precluded provided that all relevant requirements are met. Covers definitions, design and construction, dimensions, cable glands and cable sealing boxes, testing requirements and marking.
