C List of binary encoding metafile element codes
Specifies a binary encoding of the Computer Graphics Metafile. The encoding of the Computer Graphics Metafile will often minimize the effort needed to generate and interpret the metafile. Specifies an encoding in terms of a data type for each of the element specified in ISO 8632/1. Specifies an explicit representation (for each of these data types) in terms of octets, bits and words.
