    Deals with procedures and methods for measuring TFC features as defined in EN 753-1:1997 and EN 753-2:1997. Many procedures for checking physical properties of base materials are to be applied to samples cut from large sheets or continuous material. All criteria of EN 753 apply to finished cards, unless otherwise stated. Test procedures outlined should be carried out on separate samples. Acceptance criteria are not covered; this subject is described in a CEN Technical Report.
