Defines general conditions regarding sampling for assessing the quality of cereals, pulses and milled products from cereals and pulses in bulk or bags, not including pellets. Applies to the manual or mechanical sampling of static bulk grain up to 3 m deep. For static bulks in excess of 3 m and not exceeding 12 m, mechanical sampling procedures must be used. When depth of bulk grain exceeds 12 m, grain must be sampled when flowing. The latter procedure applies for all depths of bulk grain. Does not apply to seed grain nor to sampling for testing for hidden infestation, and does not apply to flowing grain. Also does not apply for microbiological, mycotoxin and pesticide residue analysis sampling.
