Erläuterungen

Die Norm gilt für die aufgabenbezogene Darstellung der Prozessleittechnik (PLT). Die Prozessleittechnik umfasst nur die prozessbezogene Elektro-, Mess-, Steuerungs- und Regelungstechnik, im folgenden kurz EMSR-Technik genannt. Die Norm findet Anwendung für alle verfahrenstechnischen Anlagen, beispielsweise in der chemischen Industrie, in der Mineralölindustrie, für entsprechende Anlagen in Kraftwerken, Hüttenwerken und Zechen, für die Industrie Bau, Steine und Erden, die Zellstoff- und Papierindustrie, die Nahrungsmittelindustrie, die Gas- und Wassertechnik, die Klimatechnik u. ä. Die lösungsbezogene Darstellung der EMSR-Funktionen wird in DIN 19227 Teil 2 beschrieben.
