Specifies the materials, dimensions and finish of bolts, eye bolts, eye nuts, nuts, screws, tie-rods, wall fixings and washers for wood pole overhead lines. Appendix A of this Standard gives guidance on the application of the fasteners required by modern ESI Standard designs. The range of items in the Standard is, however, larger than the immediate requirements of Appendix A to cover maintenance of existing lines and constructions which lie outside ESI Standards.
