GENERAL REQUIREMENTS FOR ELECTRONIC SOLDERING FLUXES
12-01-2013
23-07-2013
Prescribes general requirements for the classification and testing of soldering fluxes used in electronic assembly applications through the sue of specifications, test methods and inspection criteria. The requirements for soldering flux and other fluxing and soldering materials are defined in general terms for standardized classification. In practice, where more stringent requirements are necessary, or other manufacturing processes are used, these are defined as additional user requirements.
