This specification covers the Module, Standard Electronic Control (MSEC), a component of Halon 1301 fire extinguishing systems used in military vehicles. The MSEC continuously monitors the system condition. Upon receipt of a fire signal, it issues crew warning and extinguisher discharge commands.
