BS EN 12973 aims to establish a common basis for practice and for training and assessing competence; provide guidelines for those involved; enable the certification of organizations and provide a benchmark for providers of value services. Intends also to improve quality of service and stimulate innovation in delivery, and improve communication through common terminology. Facilitates the dissemination, understanding and effective participation in Value Management practice in an organization.
