Gives the Protocol Implementation Conformance Statement (PICS) proforma for the test specifications for the Diameter protocol on the Cx and Dx interfaces as specified in ETSI TS 129 228 and ETSI TS 129 229 in compliance with the relevant requirements and in accordance with the relevant guidance given in ISO/IEC 9646-7 and ETSI ETS 300 406.
