Gives the Protocol Implementation Conformance Statement (PICS) pro forma for the test specification for the S1AP protocol on the S1-MME interface as specified in ETSI TS 136 413 in compliance with the relevant requirements and in accordance with the relevant guidance given in ISO/IEC 9646-7 and ETSI ETS 300 406.
