    The system-related metrological instructions described in this sheet apply to the entire VDI series of guidelines for woodworking and processing, i.e. for raw wood processing (VDI 3462 Sheet 1), wood-based material production (VDI 3462 Sheet 2), processing and finishing of wood and wood-based materials (VDI 3462 Sheet 3), Burning of wood and wood-based materials without wood preservatives and halogen-organic coatings (VDI 3462 Sheet 4), Burning of wood and wood-based materials with wood preservatives and/or halogen-organic coatings (VDI 3462 Sheet 5) These metrological instructions apply to those that require approval and those that do not Plants requiring approval in the woodworking and wood processing industry.
