This Specification applies to all lampholder adaptors (lampholder plugs) of the normal bayonet cap type intended for use in low voltage circuits which are either suitable for connection to a flexible cord (cord-grip type) or fitted with lampholders, and are with or without switches.It does not cover lampholders which may be incorporated in a lampholder adaptor; such lampholders shall comply with AS 3117.
