    Specifies four classes and four grades of nonflaming, fire-resistant coatings which are suitable for use where volatile organic compound (VOC) content air pollution regulations apply for solvents in paints and for application over certain selected surfaces. Except for trace levels, all grades are free of lead, chromium, cadmium, and asbestos.
