Bibliography
Gives guidance for selecting appropriate statistical techniques of possible use to an organization for development, implementation or maintenance of a quality system to comply with ISO 9001. This is achieved by examination of the requirements of ISO 9001 involving use of quantitative data, followed by identification and description of those statistical techniques useful when applied to such data.
