    Gives the OIML Technical Committees, Subcommittees and Project Groups with guidance for establishing appropriate metrological performance testing requirements for influence quantities which may affect the measuring instruments covered by OIML Recommendations. Also gives guidance to OIML Member States in the implementation of OIML Recommendations in their national laws, in particular in their choice on the applicability and severity of performance requirements, as far as these are not prescribed in the OIML Recommendations, but are left to national legislation.
